“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

There is no website no email information no one answered the phone and the door for the office has no hours or contact information posted. “I have multiple family members who have been buried in this cemetery since 1926 through more recently. Whenever I was there in March the grounds were pretty well kept. You can tell the cemetery is older, but it is a nice quiet retreat in the middle of a very busy city. The back of the headstone needs a good scrubbing, but that is not the cemetery's responsibility. I will be returning to thoroughly clean the other side.”
