“What's included vs. what's extra?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Not only does this Funeral " Service " prey amongst the vulnerable and incompetent residents of nursing homes, when asked simple questions about money, services to be rendered, etc.the defensive manner in which he engaged himself is less than desirable and almost slimey like a slithering snake. I'd almost rather my loved one be buried in the backyard! If you want caring, empathetic, compassionate service, I suggest looking elsewhere in the Hazleton area or pray your loved one meets their maker in an other place, town or city, anywhere else than having the final arrangements at Fierro Funeral Services. God bless and I am sorry for your loss. That is probably more than you'll get out of Fierro's.”
