Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

They were rude and not helpful at all.Told me I couldn't get the death certificates here and had to go to health department to get it instead.Then they decided to screw me over when I had absolutely NO part in the funeral to begin with. Speaks alot about this place really. It's sad that they have no morals but I am honestly not surprised.”
