Kelly Ratcliff and his team at Roselawn helped make the process of planning my grandpa’s funeral less stressful while I was grieving, making sure my grandfather’s wishes were honored to the fullest extent. He handled family tensions very respectfully and helped me navigate my way through the funeral process as gracefully as possible. Kelly even kindly directed all of my mother’s question about her estranged father to me, and allowed her to be presented a second flag in his honor at the funeral. Kelly Ratcliff truly went above and beyond for everyone in the family and I am so thankful for his help. He and his team deserve five stars.
