This has been very painful for our family since this was such a Sacred service…May God have mercy for their deception. I just hope no other family experiences this pain.”

“We trusted this company to handle my father’s service with care and professionalism, but instead, their mishandling of key details added unnecessary stress to an already painful day. The pastor arrived 30 minutes late, delaying the service and upsetting our family and guests. When he finally spoke, his message was completely impersonal—he said nothing about my father’s life and instead gave a generic sermon while promoting his own church and passing out flyers. This was completely inappropriate for the occasion. On top of that, the slideshow was not set up properly, some pictures were missing, and our family had to step in to get it working—something that should have been handled by their staff. Despite these significant failures, the company refused to take accountability. When I voiced my concerns, they blamed me for the preacher’s tardiness, even though their own team was responsible for coordinating the event. I requested a partial refund due to the poor service, but they denied it without any real consideration. When I brought up the missing pictures, they simply said they would "look into it"—but what good does that do after the moment has passed? Losing a loved one is hard enough without having to deal with a company that fails to provide the respect and professionalism they promise. Their lack of accountability only made an already difficult day even harder. This will be the last time I use this place.”

Felipa was beyond amazing from the moment my family walked into the funeral home. Felipa was kind, considerate, extremely professional and most importantly, she was prepared. She had already developed a price breakdown for the services we asked about over the phone. Based on her level of professionalism and compassion, it was no need to look any further. She helped me with every detail and answered my questions every step of the way. She made sure that I was comfortable and pleased! Even though this was the hardest day of my life, she made it easy for me to show up and not have to worry about anything. I definitely recommend! The entire team was amazing.”
