Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Real review. I write this review with disappointment and sadness. The facility was nice but I was disappointed in how my loved one taken care of and/or received at the other institution. For decency i requested, paid for in package and was ensured my love one would be transported with garments provided. However, this was not the case. My loved one travel in other garments not provided by the family.”
