Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“We went with this company back in it's infantcy when my father had passed away and were very pleased with the service. Unfortunately we have come to the fork in the road again with my mother this time and decided to try them again. Like before friendly no pressured service. In fact Dan helped us with some money saving tips and presented us with ideas that one doesn't think of for you're in that state of loss and darkness. When we called answers were presented and fufilled promptly. Their facility is nice and comforting however no one is perfect and the only complaint I'd have to say is that when we used it for a Rosary, the day before the funeral, we felt a little like we were intruding and were hurried out. Not literally however there was a sense of burdening them. Many in the party felt this feeling. As for the whole ceremony, The Springs Furneral Service were there at the church and attended to all of needs. Thank you Springs Funeral Service for a job well done and helping us over a difficult and trying time, I recommend them and will use them for myself, hopefully not for a while though, lol.”
