“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”
Ask whether assignment is available for your policy and location, what fees apply, and what you must pay upfront. MedaSynq does not arrange assignments.
“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“The worst place every to put your loved one. Staff does not care about anything.. We paid extra for special casing to allow water to not settle, Ground crew broke her flower holder still waiting on it to be fixed. No one communicates with you. Horrible wish we could move her.. looking into filing lawsuit. Update April 3rd is the 2nd year my Mother has passed. UPDATE: it’s been two years and as you can see with new pictures STILL no grass.. We celebrated my mom birthday and her site still look bad, but I made the best of it… It’s Sad”

“Do Not have a Loved one buried here. They throw away everything u put on to celebrate the month. We had flags for every month and even went every week to weed eat. They have two clean up a year for two weeks and all stuff is removed from us and put back up after. They still throw our stuff away when we came out to change his flag.”
