“Rhodes Funeral Home picked up my Mother, in a timely manner, for her cremation. The Funeral Home needed certain information for my Mother’s death certificate, we supplied everything to the best of our ability, but some of that information was not put on the death certificate correctly. My Mother was cremated in March, we met up, more towards the beginning of March, for me to sign and initial the paperwork authorizing them to cremate my Mother. Once finished with the paperwork, I requested a copy and I was told that I will get a copy when everything is done. My Daughter went to pick up the ashes and no paperwork was given to her. I immediately contacted the Funeral Home, and I have reached out to the Father and the Son, on numerous occasions, via phone calls and/or text messages, asking for this paperwork to be mailed to me, and I was assured, in almost every communication, some they didn’t respond to, that it was going to be mailed to me. To this day, I still have not received the paperwork and continue to ask them to send it. On May 2nd I, finally, received Certified mail from Rhodes Funeral Home which was copies of paperwork that I had signed and initialed.”
