Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

I wanted Alfords and before i could make that decision he took an informational conversation as the go ahead. So i settled. He took forever to want to help me. He rushed my babies funeral it ended almost a hour and a half early. He rushed putting my baby in the ground. I was given vouchers for my child that i have told him what to spend the money on and more than a month later he is threatening to send the voucher back if im "unsatisfied with what he is doing." He is literally given me the run around.”
