Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This company is ridiculous. They sent a DEPUTY to my house for a payment in a snow storm!!! Risking the deputy’s life driving on the road for money. And the biggest part. I never even contacted these people to do the service. Also it has been a winter storm for two days. So I would be able to drive on the roads anyways to get them there “money”.
