Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

God bless them. Also, thank you for handling the services of Dorothy Gattaurana from the New England Sinai Hospital Ambulatory Services Registration Department and my personal friend James Amoroso. Also, most people in Stoughton are thankful to use your funeral home. I remember all of them and they were nice people. The New England Sinai Hospital is where I saw Dorothy mostly and she did my registration sometimes when I was a child, especially for speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and audiology. I am sorry the hospital closed, but some of their inpatient care was very good. They needed to improve their inpatient post-acute care to meet high-quality standards. Also, I heard most positive experiences at the Sinai and there were some negative feedback. I send my condolences to all of the families.”
