“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Beautiful piece of property! Antonio in the office was 10/10 amazing and patient in helping me track down the plot locations of my great great grandparents and their children who are buried on property. However I'm only rating 3 stars because of the condition of up keep on some of the grave markers. The conditions of many of the grave markers in section 3 was overgrown and I had to pull up grass to revile the last names. As you can see in the photo I attached only a sliver of the middle was showing through the grass before I got to it and this wasn't even close to the worst example I saw. Please make it a priority to start edging out and cleaning up older markers! It would do wonders to the look and feel of the place ! :)”
