“What's included vs. what's extra?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Don't pick this company. They will lie to you and promised a beautiful service, but not. They promised that we are able to see the body of our cousin 3x, but lied. We were able to see her only at the memorial service. They increased the price of the whole package before we were able to bury my cousin. They promised a bouquet for her, but no bouquet was given and still charged us. We complained and ask to reimburse some of the money, they didn't want to. This company takes advantage of the mourning family for more money in their pocket. I suggest to go elsewhere if you can and don't trust Marco. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Thank you”
