I would have accepted an increase of a few hundred dollars, but instead I was told that it had doubled in price. Never was I informed that the price quoted was for a limited time or that a price increase was in the offing, even though they had all of my contact information. This was very much a “bait and switch” and certainly not the way I would expect a service provider in a business that requires such compassionate direct contact to respond. I was extremely disappointed in Marc’s response and his rather dispassionate approach to resolving this issue (which he never did).”
