“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Due to unexpected circumstances my uncle passed away and on June 2nd & 3rd we held the services at Harmon , everything was great. The space held all our family & friends which were ALOT of people . What we did not like we spent a good fortune to buried my uncle and the obituary cards were not what we expected we only received about 75 cards when we made it clear there would be more than 100 people attending and then the cards weren’t laminated and just paper. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made sure we had more cards, which were WAY BETTER THAN THE ONES THEY ORDERED.
