Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Jason of Bushelon Funeral and Cremation was there from the start to the finish. I contacted Jason a few days before my Mom passed, when that day came he made it his personal business to be the one to come and get her. Before the viewing there were some things I did not like pertaining to Mommy’s hair but he got right on it by calling the beautician right back there to correct the problem. The service was wonderful then we ran into a problem at the cemetery to the point they had to take Mommy back to the funeral home, it took the cemetery 3 days to correct their mess up but through it all Jason was there to the end and kept me informed about everything.
