“As a long-standing client with six lots, recent experiences have caused considerable distress and a feeling of disrespect towards our loved ones and our family. One of our primary concerns revolves around the management of floral tributes. This weekend, artificial flowers were placed in the vases of our family's sites. To our dismay, these relatively new arrangements were removed without any prior notice or apparent justification. This action is not only emotionally distressing but also raises questions about your staff's discretion and respect for grieving families. Furthermore, we have observed a troubling discontinuation of notifications regarding annual cleaning schedules. Historically, such notices allowed families to prepare, collect any cherished items, or simply be aware of impending maintenance. The absence of this vital communication now creates uncertainty and prevents us from adequately preparing for these events, which feels like a significant oversight in customer service and transparency. Perhaps most disconcerting is the evident pattern of selective enforcement of your established regulations. This selective treatment is unfair, undermines trust, and detracts from the respectful environment we expect for our dearly departed. We believe that all families deserve consistent, fair, and respectful treatment. Stay away from here if you’re buying a regular lot since the priority are the estate lots.”

“I just wanted to say “Thank you” to Jacquelyn Wills and Monica in providing transparent services for my brother’s funeral arrangements. And being accessible when I had questions! And on December 20, the staff who handled my brother’s service were very kind and patient! They did an exceptional job by ensuring by brother Donnell’s service was organized without any issues. And the lady who handles the death certificates was very helpful and kind as well on December 19. I was very pleased with the services.. there is always room for some minor improvements with how morticians talk to people properly if it is their “first time” making funeral arrangements. And it’s good to “trust and verify” first with things. But overall, no major issues! Job well done!”

“The care and concern Fort Lincoln Cemetery showed us after our mom, Pauline E. Ponson, transitioned was beyond, beyond. Thank God our mother had the foresight to plan ahead. Fort Lincoln honored every request my mother had, to the “T”. She started this process years ago and Fort Lincoln’s records were still in tact. All I had to do was present documentation as requested and they did the rest. During the time we spent there to finalize her resting place, my husband and I decided to begin the process of planning for our final rest. Don’t sleep on them but then again since we’re all gonna “sleep” one day, you should consider doing it at Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Be blessed!”
