Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Oliver was recommended by the rabbi who came to her bedside and my husband and his father used them to pick her up, plan the services, and her cremation. Her funeral was today and the staff took care of absolutely everything, they were exceptional and everything was handled with a lot of respect and care and attention to detail. They really went out of their way and provided all the extra touches specific to a Jewish funeral service you'd need/want and took care of bringing in a rabbi to conduct the ceremony. If someone wanted to use your business, they WOULD. Its like your preying on people's death. Very disgusting and deplorable...you'd be better of running a commerical or internet ad instead of rudely targeting grieving families..if you have the budget.”
