Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Piles of garden rubbish at the corners etc etc. I wish my ancestors were elsewhere. If this is funded by the Catholic Church, they should spend some money on cemeteries not continually support derelict priests. If I could give zero stars I would!”

“I don't know what I was supposed to expect in terms of maintenance, but I went to visit my parents and found that the flat grave markers in their area were completely grown over. Noticed that some others were being pushed aside by tree roots. I guess we should have gone for a pricey mausoleum in order to be treated with any respect. Your responding to my review a year and a half after I posted it shows how you keep up with things. I know where my parents are because I was there when we buried them. I got the locations of my grandparents and was hoping to visit them, but the avenues (or whatever you call these locational clues) were utterly and completely grown over. It looks like you mow the grass that has grown over them, but I have no idea where there markers are. I'll go see what's happening with my parents' marker in the spring and we can talk about you fixing it. I was told you raise sunken markers on a regular basis. I do not believe you.”
