“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”
Ask whether assignment is available for your policy and location, what fees apply, and what you must pay upfront. MedaSynq does not arrange assignments.
“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Ive had all my pets cremated here and they always did well. Except today, I go to the office to pick up my dogs ashes and Ive had her a very long time she was part of our family and my best friend, I asked the gentleman to please not cremate her collar with her and because he was in a "Hurry" he stuck her in with her collar...so when I went to pick her up, the man said the guy was in a hurry and then showed me some burnt up dog tags that where left of my dear Bellah..that isn't how I wanted to remember her her and I'm not good at confrontation...I'm very upset this happened because I trusted them to take care of my Bellah she was my everything.
