Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

When thrown a curveball about audio-visual needs day of, Ryan managed to quickly find a solution to accommodate my cousin's music. Ryan also exemplified himself by noticing my mother having difficulty swallowing and quickly brought her a cold water which alleviated her issue. Tristan and Joe were extremely helpful with all the little things (cards, coins, guest book, etc.) that drove perfection that day. As a final special touch, Bill added Navy markings to the hearse to recognize my grandfather's military service.
