They surprised us by providing two rugs that matched the theme we had chosen for the service, bringing a smile to our faces. The chapel was well lit and beautifully arranged. The picture frame surrounding my husband’s display picture matched perfectly with the gorgeous floral arrangement encircling his urn. Throughout the process, Emerson, Tia, and I kept in contact as we awaited my husband’s death certificate. When I returned to pick it up, I was overcome with emotion and felt physically and emotionally drained. Tia immediately asked their family counselor, Elizabeth Ross, to meet with me. Elizabeth was patient, attentive, and spoke with genuine wisdom. Her comforting spirit and the prayer at the conclusion of our session provided much-needed solace.
