“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This is an amazing place with the kindest, most caring people I have met. My stepdad passed away over 2 years ago. They were so helpful and kind in the process. They let my daughter come and stay with him while she was grieving deeply. They talked to her about cremation because my stepdad wanted to be cremated. They were so kind and caring to her. My mom also didn't have funds to cremate her husband; they worked so much with her. My Mom just recently passed away in October, 2025. My brother and I, worked with Chantele. She was AMAZING! She walked us thru everything, was kind, warm, and heartfelt. She made sure we had everything we needed and completely walked us through all our questions. Again, I hadn't wanted to cremate my mom, but her kindness and sensitivity helped my family work thru our concerns.
