Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This had to be one of the worst times of our life, My grandmother one of my aunts my grandfather and I went to this funeral home to view my aunt. The way that this man handled her plus us doesn't make any sense. He kept calling my aunt A "HE" instead of "SHE" never did He/They call us to do anything.Some of the things he said to us were nasty and he stated that "he would call the police on us" when he was the one being offensive and saying awful things. This place if I could give a "ZERO" star I would doesn't even deserve one star.”
