“Visiting the Selena Museum was a truly touching experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the entrance fee is very affordable at just $5 per person. The museum itself is very clean, well-kept, and pleasantly cool inside, which made the visit even more comfortable. Everything is beautifully preserved, and it’s clear how much care and love has gone into maintaining Selena’s legacy. It’s such a shame she passed away so young—she had such a bright future ahead of her. Her music is amazing and so beautiful to listen to, and walking through the museum while reflecting on her life was both interesting and emotional. What impacted me the most was seeing her personal makeup that she actually used. That moment really hit my heart and made everything feel so real and personal. It’s both beautiful and heartbreaking to see how her father created this museum to honor her dreams, memories, and legacy. It’s a powerful tribute filled with love. May he rest in peace with his daughter.”

“This was my second visit to the Selena museum and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The first visit was not good. The service was poor, the gift shop was lacking. It was extremely crowded with poor crowd control. The tour guide was not good either for the short time you actually have one. This latest visit was perfect. We arrived and we were the only ones there and a different family showed up. We were greeted immediately by the friendly front desk person. Tickets I think were 5 per person which is extremely affordable. The tour lady we had was PERFECT I did not get her name but she shared so much information and answered all questions that the group had and shared many fun facts. The gift shop had an amazing and beautifully curated jewelry section and great items. The prices were reasonable for it being the museum. You have to keep in mind that it's an experience. You can get the same items for cheaper elsewhere. Trust me when I say that but we still purchased to support the business. The museum itself is small but you get to see part of Selena's life with your own eyes and it's a one of a kind experience. I loved it so much. The smell the second you enter the museum is unlike anything I've ever smelt before. It smells soooo good. Now the best part is that as strange as it may sound. You kind of feel Selena right there with you. I don't know if it's all the memorabilia or what, but you do. I do think they need a better system. Maybe do reservations instead of walk - ins simply because this is only enjoyable in small groups not in large groups. It's a place where you need to go with time to truly take it all in. We love Selena and are appreciative of Selena's family for sharing part of her with us.”
