“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“I understand needing a schedule and having set times for each funeral, however, it is still a funeral…rushing grieving people to their cars and away from the grave site with no concern for the fact that they are actively grieving is incredibly disrespectful. Odd behavior from the staff at the grave site as well…it was drizzling the day of the funeral and while it’s understandable to be upset by having to stand outside in the cold…you can keep your thoughts of “I hate it when priests need to be present” or actions such as throwing flowers for our deceased family on the floor like they don’t matter.
