Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“The place is horrible ; I asked to view my dads body before the cremation process and they said it was up to his wife whom was shutting his kids out and away and they had no care knowing my RIGHT AND LAWS I’m obligated to say good bye and confirm it’s him.
