Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“We couldn't have chosen a better place to hold my nephews celebration of life from day one Valerie worked with us on every aspect for this to happen, she worked hard for us from day one it took us several months to be able to do this due to some unforeseen circumstances with the death of my nephew but Valerie was there every step of the way with us working diligently through every thing to helping my sister to get grants to help with the funeral, getting us a preacher to perform the service for us as well as getting an interpreter for my sister and her friends that are deaf.
