“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

The way the sun shone through the stained glass was like the sun streaming through the trees in the forest that is the cathedral. The mosaic behind the altar is really stunning as well. It’s massively tall, so you can stand there and marvel at its beauty and wonder how long it took for them to put it all together. I loved the plants in the narthex as well, the olive tree was a very nice touch. Unique, too, as I’ve never seen it in any parish I’ve been to. Cheers.”
