“We chose this memorial service after reading so many positive reviews and truly hoped our grandmother would be treated with the dignity and respect she deserved. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply upsetting. They were two hours late collecting her body, which added unnecessary stress during an already devastating time. When they finally arrived, they covered my grandmother with a tattered old blanket, something that felt careless and disrespectful and really upset my mother. My grieving mother had specifically asked to be notified when the cremation took place, as it was important for her healing process and a way to feel close to her mother one last time. They assured us this would happen, but never contacted us, leaving us feeling ignored and betrayed. What was supposed to be a compassionate and supportive experience has instead been painful, stressful, and deeply disappointing. We trusted Bobbitt to take care of our grandmother and were assured that she would be treated with care and respect, but it truly felt as though they did not care. We share this review in the hope that Bobbitt will take these concerns seriously and treat other families with the compassion and dignity every loved one deserves.”
