“Don't hesitate to go with Wenig F.H., as we did! Our beloved father died this Christmas Eve and we had nothing planned with them for the "after" events. Our first contacted was Kim. She was very caring & respectful as she approached us to do the removal..taking him to their facility. She didn't pressure us if we wanted/needed more time. She understood we had notes attached to his clothing & other items that were to be cremated with him, too. Even as we left and saw the removal shroud, which was so regal and fit for our King. Something so simple, yet makes you feel better about how your loved one would be transported... Since it was the holidays, we didn't go in for several days afterwards (our choice, not theirs). Jessica was who we met with..& she was so wonderful, caring, understanding & knowledgeable. She made going through the entire process as easy as possible. Even typed up the obituary for us, through a mess of tears and long-winded stories about growing up, his work history, family events and funny stories, etc. When you're having the toughest days of your life you want a Jessica to make anything easy, and she was perfection. Wenig has our eternal gratitude & future business. We went with cremation & will be doing a celebration of life at a later date on our own. We weren't pressured into a funeral service with them that our father didn't want, or talked into something we weren't looking for. Everyone was beyond respectful of our wishes and went above & beyond to support our ideal scenario..and they did it with a loving touch and much grace. Thank-you!!”

The woman who answers the phone at their Sheboygan Falls location is so pleasant and comforting -- I think her name is Connie. I had several occasions to talk to her.
