Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“A beautifully renovated facility that has a nice clean modern look to it, yet very comforting. The chapel area can hold a little over 200 seated, plus there’s a nice grand piano and a clear sound system. Love the huge screen in the front with the picture of the deceased. There’s a grand fireplace in the main room, a nice side room for meeting and four easily accessible individual bathrooms. A nice area for a luncheon with a room that overlooks Hastings Way, but it’s very quiet and soundproof. They need a little more practice on the AV technical aspect with the glitches of the video display, but other than that very well done.”
