Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“They need to open on sundays most people work and cannot get there until then that is wrong !!!! All these other cemeteries are open and the office staff is rude !!!!! The cemetery has not been kept up well for years now!!! What did we pay so much money for ?!?!?! Amd why is it everytime i put something at the gravesite it disappears so quickly leave the families stuff alone!!! This is there loved ones and when this is done you make things worse as they are grieving and just a hint grieving is a lifetime!!!! And please replace the office staff they all need to go they are all so rude act like they dont want to help you and you appear to be bothering them!!!”
