“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
“Do you offer payment plans?”

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“TL;DR J. Cole might have shouted out this place… I have attended this funeral here 3+ years ago, and actually liked the service, where I was in attendance for a family friend. It’s among the few places where traffic isn’t as insane to where it’s easier to navigate to the nearby cemeteries since it’s basically a straight-shot to any of the nearest ones. However, I’m only now coming back leaving a review because J. Cole’s latest song mentioned this particular Funeral Home in his latest album release and I recognized the description. (not confirmed, but it definitely fits the description). As per the reference from the song its from the song: “Safety”. As quote: “Its that funeral home off the Murch, the one that’s chained to the used car lot where I got that ford escape””
