Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This was the absolute worst experience. There is no way I would ever recommend using this funeral home. The only good thing I can say about them is that my mom looked BEAUTIFUL. However, when it came time for her last ride, we were told, AS WE WERE SITTING IN LINE ABOUT TO PULL OUT, that there would be no escort and no one to stop traffic as we exited the parking lot.
