“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”
Ask whether assignment is available for your policy and location, what fees apply, and what you must pay upfront. MedaSynq does not arrange assignments.
“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Now when you go in Tammy and Tyler will do all that they can to help you, with a smile, with a spirit of caring service, with that respect that used to be there more. On the other hand, Roger Hullinger, the owner, is sharp and short with you, i feel that he is only there for the glory of the position, but he won't do more then he absolutly has to. That is if he is there. He is often on fancy vacations and hardly ever in the office. Tammy and Tyler try to do all that they can, but you know that they aren't paid as fairly as they should be, especially for how good they are. Ive also recently heard Roger and his wife Kerry Ann out to dinner and they were talking badly about there employees to the people they were with. Calling one lazy and another a loser.
