“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Very very bad service with these people. They keep telling me my fathers headstone is next in line to be finished. Supposedly they had a stencil shortage up until a month again they got some in. They got a new machine to go with that new stencil. Supposedly they were going to train 2 weeks ago on how to use the machine. Friday reached out to Marcie she tells me they are learning how to use the machine this week then tells me my fathers headstone won’t be don’t till November when o have been told over and over and over it will be done next etc…. I’m so sick of the lies. It’s going on 9 months when I was told from the beginning up to 6 months if even. I just want my fathers headstone done and want nothing more to do with these people. If you are looking for a headstone do not go here!!!!”
