Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This place is so odd. 1st of all they couldn’t close the vault and our whole family was waiting almost 20 minutes for them to “seal it” then our family wanted to put the dirt over the vault. THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND HAD OUR FAMILYS VEHICLES PURSUED BY POLICE OFFICERS. After we started using our own shovels they started lowering the dumb gate while there was 10 people emptying the dirt. They didn’t care about the family members. I DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever, and possibly should be sued for the unprofessional tactics they displayed today.”
