Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

I had my mother cremation services here and on the day of her service nothing was ready, they didn’t have her ashes, her urn for the ashes, we paid for necklaces they didn’t have them. Everything was unorganized and we had to cancel her service. Then the workers asked my brother “ if he wanted them to put a empty urn up so we could still have her services” also they make books for the deceased so all family members and friends can sign, these people put another deceased person name on my mom book and scribbled it out and wrote my mom name on the book, how disrespectful is that. Never again!!!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TAKE YOU MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!”
