“I honestly can’t say enough good things about. They handled everything with such care and humanness all the business parts that usually feel so heavy, they made simple and gentle. Toni Ann, the director, was amazing. She let us have a say in everything and was open to any change we wanted, even down to the volume of the music. Mike, Joe, and Rosanne were just as incredible. They helped arrange flowers, kept checking in to see if my family needed water or anything at all, and made sure every little detail was perfect. They kept the prayer cards stocked, answered every single one of our endless questions, and did it all with so much patience and empathy. You’d think doing this every day might make someone numb, but every person there made us feel like we were the only family that mattered. We’ll never forget how they made such a heartbreaking time a little bit lighter. Thank you so so much”
