Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“I have been a registered member of MPHM for several years and have had an overall good experience until this morning... I called to ask the office/Father N. if they could assist me with something only to find out they removed me as a registered member because I temporarily left town to help a family member. Excuse me? #1. I never alerted the office I was temporarily leaving the area. I'm guessing someone from a church group that heard I was leaving told the office and it went from there. #2. It wasn't anyone's business or responsibility to keep up with my schedule, much less report it and even less, remove me as a member of the congregation. I'm like, what?? Long story short, I'm apparently not a member anymore & they can not & I guess will not help a non member of MPHM, therefore I will NEVER recommend MPHM as a welcoming congregation. If they treat members like this, I can only assume non members are even less important to them. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with MPHM and do not plan to ever return to this location.”
