Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“My mom passed and had already made arrangements with Mr Frey. Apparently she made several changes over the years and he was very flexible. Mr. Frey was very kind and compassionate to my mother during those changes and even most recently, before her passing, he took time out to come to the nursing home with Greg and visit.
