“Onesimo Gonzales family The services were adequate. We were disappointed in a few things. His coloring was not good, very purple. The glue in his mouth and eyes was very evident. We felt his arms should have been folded across his chest. Our other disappointment was the flowers that were ordered on your website were not delivered. If there was a certain time the flowers needed to be ordered by, the site should have made that clear. When we ordered, the website said your flowers will be there at the time of the funeral. Please fix this so no other family needs to feel this way. I want to thank Jeff Jacoby for responding to our concerns. We discussed some of our disappointments and he will be addressing some issues. He is a very nice young man.”
