Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“I was extremely disappointed in fact appalled by the actions of JT HALL funeral services. The unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable. This lady closed the casket in front of the family throwing a towel on my Father’s face and proceeded to attempt to lock the casket with the lining hanging outside the casket. If I could upload the photo I have of how the casket was placed on the church truck you would understand my frustration. Not to mention when we exited the church the family car was inoperable. I understand that things are not always perfect but my experience today was a once in a lifetime event.
