Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Corina is a miracle worker! We had a family emergency and Corina came through, she went above and beyond and delivered a beautiful casket spray less than 24 hours. My aunt called me at 5:50 on a Thursday evening and told me she forgot to order flowers for my uncles funeral which was the next day at 9:00am. I was thinking there is no way I will be able to find anyone with all the flower shops closing at 6:00 pm. I called around and spoke to a few shops and they said no or literally laughed at my request.
