Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“I didn’t pull out into oncoming traffic. To my shock a gentleman was behind me flipping me off and yelling. So I returned to the favor and continued to wait for traffic to clear So I can continue. The driver than proceeded to dance while flipping me off, tried to cut through and into oncoming traffic etc. I was thinking this man is insane. It was to my amazement that I see this funeral homes name on the side of the transit van. I just really hope no one had a loved one in that vehicle. He not only put himself, myself and others in danger but possibly a decedent as well. I would expect much more professional behavior from a man that is responsible for someone’s loved ones and getting safely from point a to point b. Honestly what is 45 seconds of waiting versus putting them at risk and can only assume this behavior represents the establishment”
