Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“First let me say Thank you to the Worley Family for giving my mom a great Home Going Service and for all of the work that they put into making this a moment that we will always remember and look back at with a smile. The only problem that I have is that I live in Hawaii and I ordered my mom head stone in November and have not received it as of today and we are going into March. I have had to make contact with them and no one updates me on the status of my mom's head stone. The lines of communication should be a lot better then what they are. I would have loved to give them a 5 star but I can not. Please understand that when you don't communicate it makes you look incompetent. And again thank you for a beautiful Home Going Service for my mother.”
