Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“My grandparents bought four plots back in the 70s and if they would have known that the lack of care was terrible here, They would have taken their hard earned money elsewhere. So many graves have the flower vases Turned over. I spent an hour sitting vases back on numerous graves. St Matthew statue is leaning , slab coming out of ground. The once Beautiful Fountain pool I remember as a child is now nothing more than a dilapidated trash bin. It’s absolutely sad to see this park in the Condition that it’s in. Someone hit the bricks in front of the pond and it’s still broken. There’s one word for this park . dilapidated. I used to come to the cemetery every weekend with my parents to water the graves and to keep it looking nice And even back then, the maintenance was not really doing Maintenance. And it seems to be a continuing process to this day. I really can’t believe that the property management could let this place go like this.”
