Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Emma Williams attached me verbally by speaking on family matters when I came to make arrangements for the funeral she is a lying money hungry hag. She was suppose to be my Grandmother’s friend so that mean she should have took her time with my Grandmother arrangements her makeup was horrible and she also lied about my Grandmother’s life insurance policies and about her not having pre burial arrangements. I would not let them bury my dead dog !”
